The service
High Card Club is a free multiplayer card game that runs inside Discord as an Activity. By opening it you agree to these terms and to Discord's own terms. We may change, pause or stop the service; paid memberships are refunded pro rata if we stop it.
Fair play
No cheating, no automation, no harassment of other players. Table owners may remove players from their table. We may block accounts that break these rules.
Purchases
- Rooms are one-time purchases tied to your Discord account. Club membership and Club server are monthly or yearly subscriptions that renew until cancelled.
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as merchant of record; their checkout terms apply to billing, taxes and receipts.
- Purchases are cosmetic or convenience features. They never affect the cards you are dealt or the rules of the game.
- Refunds: within 14 days of purchase on request, unless the item has already been used at a table. By starting to use it at checkout you waive the EU 14-day withdrawal right for digital content. Contact support@highcard.club.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled any time from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (link in your receipt); access continues until the end of the paid period.
No gambling
There is no real-money play, no virtual currency and no random paid items. Nothing in the game can be exchanged for money.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages; our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.
